On November 18, 2025, Cloudflare experienced a global network incident that caused significant connectivity disruptions for many customers worldwide. Since BoxExchanger relies on Cloudflare for traffic proxying and routing, our services were impacted and were fully unavailable between 11:38 and 14:40 UTC. After 14:40 UTC, services became operational again; however, some users may have continued to experience intermittent connectivity issues until approximately 17:44 UTC, depending on Cloudflare’s regional recovery status.
The incident was caused by an internal failure within Cloudflare’s global network infrastructure. Detailed technical findings will be provided by Cloudflare in their official incident report.
Cloudflare deployed a fix that restored stable operation across their global network. Once the fix was applied, BoxExchanger services fully recovered, and remaining intermittent issues resolved gradually as Cloudflare’s network stabilized. No additional corrective actions were required on our side.
